Routine Change: Daily Yoga and Personal Growth
I made a routine change a few months ago and told myself I would do yoga/pilates daily and in doing so I felt my strength growing along with my flexibility. When I decided I was going to try and sit in the above position I thought for sure it would be awkward and I wouldn’t be able to sit comfortably long enough to take the photo, but surprisingly I sat down and had no problem. This is strange progress because who sits like this anyway? 🤷🏼♀️ But either way, doing some kind of stretching or working out has helped my confidence, my energy throughout the day, my sleep and tons of other things in my life. If you’re feeling bogged down by your regular routine try changing something small (or big if you’re a ‘go big or go home’ type) and see how refreshed you feel. I promise, you will feel SO different in a good way!👌🏻
