Reminiscing Postponed Travel Plans

It’s Monday and I know technically we are still on our long weekend but I have zero motivation to do anything anything. - I’ve got a few things on my mind, one of which is that I was supposed to have been celebrating one of my best friends getting married a couple of weeks ago and taking my parents on a trip to Iceland. - Again, the doom of COVID hit and all things changed. I’ve had an amazing summer exploring as much of Colorado as humanly possible and LOVING every second of it, but my heart is hurting a little bit today because the original plan for this summer was supposed to be EPICALLY happy in a totally different way. - But that’s life right?
