Reflection and Anticipation

“Hey we at the ocean!” Something about ending this trip on this beach wrapped up a whole lot of things in my life that I was dealing with and it only felt appropriate that I make the photos from this spot my last post of the year. I’m spending time reflecting today and feel like I’m wrapping up a lot of who 2022 Nikki was. I’m nervous about 2023 because I didn’t know what 2022 was gonna be and it blew me away. I’m sure 2023 will blow me away too, but I just simply can’t fathom how yet and to be honest that scares me a bit. But I do know, I feel like this next year is gonna be mine in a way I have yet to experience life and that excites me more than the fear does. Cheers to 2023 my friends 🥂 Maybe I’ll ditch longer captions in the new year while we’re at it 🤪 but I like words/talking so who knows!
