Photo Editing Process Breakdown

What programs/apps do you use to edit your photos? (Save this post for the next time you edit your photos!) I’m frequently asked how I edit my photos which is a bit of a loaded question and everyone does it differently, but I figured I would give a basic breakdown of how I move through Lightroom to maybe help you learn something new in your process. This kind of info is how I learn more about Lightroom and different tricks to up my skills! 1. Crop, straighten, lens correct This is where I either apply a preset and make adjustments or I start from scratch but for the sake of this breakdown I am starting from scratch. (Check out my story for a preset adjustment step by step of this photo!) 2. Adjust curves 3. Adjust calibration 4. Adjust hue, sat, and luminance 5. Basic adjustments like highlights, shadows, whites and blacks. 6. Split toning 7.
