No better place than the Great Barrier Reef to play mermaids ๐Ÿงœ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ We sailed for two hours from Cairns to get to tiniest island I've ever set foot on. There are literally no trees, hardly a bush of greenery, or anything else living above water aside from a few thousand birds (you can hear em chirping in the background of the first clip) who call the sand mound home. While the island and the adventure to get to it are both beautiful in their own way, what lies under the surface near this island is unbelievable. The most beautiful and alive reef I've ever seen and it's home to so many creatures of the sea. From sharks and stingrays to giant clams and endless starfish this is an experience I'll never forget. Send this to your mermaid adventure bestie to let them know where you're taking your fins next #greatbarrierreef #michaelmascay #freedivinglife #australiancoast #aussielife #freediving
