The Importance of Rest and Self-Care
Do you ever have one of those weeks where by the time Friday hits your entire being has decided for you that you’re not leaving bed for the next two days but your brain knows you have to?

That’s where I’m at today. Absolutely exhausted but I know it was a good week!
Even though it was a good week I know I need a break so that’s what I’m giving myself today. It’s so important to recognize when you and your body need a break. It’s fun and also important to push ourselves but not to much.
Basically what I’m trying to say is take a break y’all and get some true rest! You deserve it and you’re body will be so thankful!
