How to Take Motion Blur Portraits

How to take motion blur portraits just like these ↓ Drop that shutter speed! Shutter speed controls how long the shutter on your camera is open. The lower the bottom number on your shutter speed the slower it opens and closes, which in this case is exactly what we want. You can still create shots like this solo, you’ll just need a tripod and your background will be still while you won’t be. To get both your background and subject to blur, the camera needs to be moving a little bit too. Keep the subject moving and the shutter clicking as much as possible and you’ll snag more than a few shots with the dreamy motion blur aesthetic ✨ Have you ever intentionally taken blurry shots like this? 📸 @canonusa R5, 35mm, ISO 200, f-7.1, shutter speed 1/15
