The image depicts a woman wearing a flowing, emerald green dress standing amidst towering sandstone formations in a narrow canyon or slot canyon. The woman's back is turned towards the camera, and her dress billows elegantly behind her, contrasting beautifully against the warm, earthy tones of the canyon walls. The sandstone formations exhibit intricate patterns and textures, with layers and striations carved by the forces of erosion over countless years. Small holes or cavities dot the canyon walls, adding to the rugged and ancient appearance of the scene. The image exudes a sense of adventure and exploration, with the woman's presence in this remote and otherworldly location lending an air of wonder and curiosity.

Embracing Your Unique Qualities

What is your favorite thing about you? (Save this post for when you need a quick reminder of how amazing you are!) @_saralilley asked me this question in the midst of us putting makeup on to go take some photos and it stopped me in my tracks. I really had to think about it and it lead to a pretty great conversation. We talked about why we don’t talk to ourselves more about what is great about us and how it can make such a difference in our mindsets around everyday life. We talked about how we should talk to others more about the things we appreciate about each other and how that would build more positive relationships. These things aren’t groundbreaking or new concepts but it is something to help make the world a better place. One of my favorite things about myself is that all of my close friends, in one way or another, have told me that they admire my independence and passion for my dreams. It’s not that my favorite thing is my independence or passion, it’s that I can inspire the people closest to me with something that’s deeper than the surface and something that is such a big part of who I am. So, what’s you’re favorite thing about you? • • • • • •
