Embracing the Overwhelm

I’m overwhelmed 😖 (Save this post to remind yourself you’re not alone in feeling a little 🤪) 👩🏼‍💼How do I properly run my business? 🎥 What’s a trend I can make my own in a reel this week? 😴 Did I get enough sleep? 🏋🏼‍♀️ I need to workout, but do I have time? I get this crazy overwhelmed feeling every 4-8 weeks about EVERYTHING and I’m starting to realize it’s a pattern of growth. I usually start to feel this way when I’m about to break down another wall or things are about to change drastically. To get through it I focus on the positive overwhelming things. ❤️ My family that calls me everyday even though I just spent five days with them. 🌎 This beautiful online community that is nothing but supportive. 🐈‍⬛ And my cozy home full of things I love that makes it hard to work some days, in the best way. Life is overwhelming sometimes which makes it hard to get out of bed (literally writing this from bed) but find those things that keep you sane in a positive way and taking it all one day, one hour, one minute or even one task at a time and it will make all the difference. Today I’m doing life one task at a time. First, posting this and then I’m working out. After that, who knows? 🤷🏼‍♀️ What do you do when you’re feeling overwhelmed?
