Lakeside Confidence Boost

Splish splash I’m takin’ a bath 🛀 in Lake Tahoe Lol that might be the silliest first line to a caption I’ve ever written 🤣 These were taken over a year ago and I cannot believe I only ever shared one photo from this shoot, and I think I’ve shared it twice.. I was NOT having a good day confidence wise and this goes down as the only day I have ever asked people to look away from me while I was getting shots taken. I was so in my head it was unreal but my girl @sunnyshine said “I got you” and by the time we were hiking back up to the car I was SO excited to look at the images, all because she talked me through it. This is a reminder to any photographer, friend, partner, or family member out there.. it is soooo important to talk to the person in front of the camera WHILE they are in front of the camera. It makes for more natural moments to be captured and helps them get out of their own heads.
