Chase What Makes Your Sun Shine

“Whatever makes you feel the sun from the inside out, chase that.” -Gemma Troy - I saw this quote a couple of weeks ago and I can’t get it out of my head, so I thought I would share some thoughts with y’all. - In my stories a couple weeks ago I talked about being on the “happy train” and chasing my dreams and asking/telling y’all to join because there isn’t a reason not to. I understand certain circumstances make certain dreams harder to achieve, but working through the hard parts is only going to make accomplishing that dream feel so much better. - I’m not saying your dreams need to be big and glamorous and worth a million dollars to everyone, it just needs to feel like a million dollars to YOU, like the sun comes from you as you’re working toward it. - And you know what else? You don’t have to put it out there on social media to make it ‘real.’ Shoot you don’t even have to tell your closest friends and family. I think a lot of the time because of pressure from social media, we don’t think we are accomplishing anything unless we are posting about it and that’s absolutely not how it has to be. You can make your dream life in absolute privacy if that’s what makes your sun shine from the inside. - Long story short, whatever makes you feel the sun shine from the inside out, chase that!
