The image captures a striking and awe-inspiring view of a vast, red-hued canyon nestled amidst rugged and rocky cliffs. The canyon walls, intricately carved by the forces of nature over millennia, display a rich tapestry of warm, earthy tones ranging from deep crimson to vibrant orange. Layers of sedimentary rock formations are visibly stratified, revealing the geological history etched into the landscape. In the foreground, a lone hiker clad in a vivid red jacket stands amidst the sparse vegetation, dwarfed by the towering canyon walls that stretch towards the distant horizon. The scene evokes a sense of wonder and adventure, inviting the viewer to explore the untamed beauty of this natural wonder.

Camera Gear Essentials for Travel Photography

What is your favorite piece of camera gear you own? Y’all frequently ask me what gear I use and for what so here’s a breakdown! (Save this post for you to reference later!) @sonyalpha A7II - This is the only camera body I own so I use this for everything! Travel photos, client photo shoots, and I’m working on using it for vlogging/tutorials/travel guides! (YouTube link is in my bio!) @tamronusa - I own two lenses, 17-28mm and 28-200mm and both are Tamron! @moment CPL Filter - I smack this guy on the end of my lenses when appropriate and it makes things a little extra magical! iPhone 12 Pro Max - Most of what I post in my stories and to reels is shot with this! @gopro Hero9 - I currently use this for vlogging but I also will use it for those fun underwater clips and the occasional set of adventure stories because it is easier to hold! @djiglobal Osmo Mobile 3 - I use this with my phone to get those extra steady shots when I’m trying to vlog or create reels in a more active situation! I edit everything using @lightroom and @adobe Premiere, both desktop and app versions. I do have presets available on my website so you can see how I edit! You know where the link is! I have a gear list in my bio with a few more fun things I use to make some photo/video magic as well so be sure to check that out! Quick note: it’s not about the gear you have, it’s about how you use the gear you have! 📸 Sony A7II with Tamron 28-200mm and that Moment CPL Filter! Edited by me using my Freedom desktop preset!
