3 things you should bring on every hike 👇🏻 (Save this post for your next hiking adventure) 🩹 First aid kit-this may seem like a no brainer but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been halfway through a hike and realized I forgot my first aid kit and needed it. Don’t be like me and pack yours! 🧭 Navigation-there are loads of different ways to keep track of where you are but my favorite is to download the trail map and turn my phone onto airplane mode to preserve battery. ☀️ Sunscreen-it doesn’t matter if it’s cloudy or not, bring sunscreen.
