The Willingness to Accomplish Goals
Everybody wants it. -
But there’s a difference between wanting something and having the willingness to actually get it. -
Wanting something usually entails talking about it, visualizing it, reading, researching, following people who have it etc. There’s a huge amount of emphasis these days on these things. They aren’t bad, but none of them will actually get you what you want, they may just help you avoid some pitfalls or stay on track. -
What actually allows you to accomplish anything is the willingness to get it done. Staying up late, sacrifices, saving/not spending money, spending as much time as possible actually making progress towards the goal are all things that move the needle. The problem is, with all the emphasis on visualization people confuse it for an action strategy when it’s only meant to serve as inspiration and a guide map. -
Anyone can want something, anyone can have a dream, anyone can set goals and make a plan, but the rewards are reserved for those that will do whatever it takes to accomplish those goals. -
