The True Meaning of Freedom
Everyone talks about freedom but most people hate the pressure of it. -
The idea of freedom gets a lot of hype, especially online and in the media. People flex cars and houses, and drink mai tais on an absurdly beautiful beach and sell that as freedom. But that’s not freedom, that’s an illusion. -
Once you get past the flashy stuff you start to realize that freedom is actually hard work. It requires a lot more effort than the commercial says. It requires complete ownership. -
We don’t like having to accept the responsibility for the choices we make. Do you realize that freedom requires you to grow up? As long as you live life like a child you will live life like a slave. A slave to debt, bad company, substances, addictions, you name it. -
Now, a lot of us graduate out of the slave category but kinda wander around not being completely free because we’d rather settle for the status quo. One of the tell take signs is if you are constantly moving and getting council, then moving on then going back to what wasn’t working before, and dealing with the same issues over and over and over again. -
But to step into freedom means to take on the pressure. To take full responsibility for your life and actions and have no plan b. There’s tons of pressure in it but pressure creates diamonds. The only way to be the best version of yourself is to be free, so let go and step into your destiny. -
Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙
