The Struggles Behind Success

This is the part of the story that no one likes to talk about. - It seems like success stories are always linear but the fact is, they aren’t. If you haven’t seen part 1 and 2 if encourage you to watch those before you watch this one for context. - Unfortunately I wasn’t able to fit the whole story in 30 seconds but to elaborate a little, I was basically broke after the first year and a half. All the money I made went to either rent, food, camera gear, or my next trip. I couldn’t even afford a car. - The night before I took the trip to the Virgin Islands was one of the scariest moments of my life. I’m not much of a cryer, but I was literally sobbing and on my knees praying that God would do a miracle. I had $1500 to my name, just spent $500 to work for a company for free half way across the world, and didn’t know if I’d have a place to stay when I came back. - Fortunately God pulled through big time as He always does and I was able to land a few small gigs to stay afloat. Stay tuned for part 4 to see what happened after the viral photo!
