A lone figure stands on a pristine white sandy beach, facing away from the camera and towards the turquoise waters of the ocean. The beach stretches out endlessly in both directions, with gentle waves lapping at the shoreline. The sky above is a brilliant, cloudless blue, creating a striking contrast with the vibrant aquamarine hues of the sea. Long, slender palm tree shadows stretch across the sand, casting dramatic silhouettes that frame the solitary individual. The scene exudes a sense of tranquility and freedom, inviting the viewer to imagine themselves in this idyllic, isolated paradise.

The Power of the Compound Effect

I’ve been fascinated by the idea of the compound effect recently. - The concept is simple. One small thing done consistently over time will lead to major changes in the future. One of the main things to understand though is that change is slow at first but grows or declines exponentially with time. Take Instagram for example. I post 1 photo/day almost every day for a little over a year now. At first I didn’t see much growth, a little bit here and there, but the more I did it the more traction it got. The same can be said with the opposite. Say for example I drank 1 coke/ day (I don’t currently drink soda). After 30 days I may or may not see any physical differences, but I would definitely notice more sluggishness, as well@as less stamina in workouts, and given more time I’m sure I would start to see the physical effects as well. The compound effect is powerful so use it for implementing good habits. The hardest part is the beginning when it feels like you are doing a ton of work for no reward, but stick with it and the results will be worth it. Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙 • • • • • •
