The Dangers of Busyness

The devil won’t make ya bad but he’ll make you busy. - I’ve come to realize that the most detrimental thing to progress be it relationships, career, health or anything else is busyness. I totally understand that every single one of us has our own tasks and things going on, but more and more I see the excuse of busyness being used as validity to avoid what should be done. I’m guilty of it as much as anyone. - The more you skip out, the less connected you become. The less connected, the more distant. And the more distant the more difficult to flourish in whatever it may be. Relationships die from busyness. Career productivity dies from busyness. Health declines because of busyness. - Although we all have things to do, we can all be better at prioritizing the important, cutting out the mindless scrolling, and tv watching, and making time for the things and people that are truly important. - Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙 - • • • • • •
