Pursue Uncomfortable Freedom Over Comfortable Bondage

So I learned a new term recently: dysfunctional comfort. - It’s the idea that people would rather embrace comfortable bondage than pursue uncomfortable freedom and it’s so true. - In fact the #1 reason people don’t pursue a life of passion is out of fear. They would rather maintain the comfortable status quo while complaining about the bondage they are in in their job, relationships, and finances than put themselves out there to achieve freedom. - I think especially in the Instagram age freedom has been romanticized as this carefree euphoria where everything is comfortable. It’s not. In order to be free you constantly must be putting yourself in states of discomfort. The goal then is not comfort, but the ability to live life with passion. - So the choice is yours. Would you rather live in a comfortable prison or pursue an uncomfortable freedom. I know my choice. - Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙
