A breathtaking waterfall cascades down amidst lush greenery and towering trees in what appears to be a tropical rainforest setting. The waterfall's powerful streams plunge into a misty pool below, creating a mesmerizing scene of natural beauty. A lone figure, dwarfed by the grandeur of the surroundings, stands perched atop a rocky outcrop near the base of the falls, taking in the awe-inspiring vista. The warm, golden rays of the sun filter through the foliage, casting a soft, ethereal glow over the entire scene.

Prioritizing What Matters: Value Your Time

"Until you value yourself, you won't value your time; and until you value your time, you won't do anything with it." - I read this quote the other day and it spoke to me. I am a master perfectionist that justifies procrastination. I have a lot of ideas, but always find a way to not make it happen. Ultimately it comes down to how we value our time. So I did a little experiement. - I found a lot of my time was spent on social media (specifically TikTok looking for trends to boost engagement), handling emails that weren't really going anywhere, and working on smaller level projects. While most of this stuff isn't bad per se (besides the bored scroll on tiktok lol), they also weren't the optimal use of my time. So I made a switch. - I made the most important tasks the most important. I prioritized things like brand reachout, actual content creation, and important correspondence with clients and partners. Everything else I considered less priority and I've already noticed a ton less stress. When you value your time, you don't let anything take it without your permission. I was permitting things that weren't of high value to me, to become the priority. What are you letting become the priority that should be put back in place? • • • • • •
