The human figure, clad in a wetsuit, hovers in a horizontal position, arms outstretched as if reaching out to touch the dolphins. Above the scene, the surface of the water is visible, with sunlight filtering through and casting a mesmerizing glow on the entire underwater tableau. The image exudes a sense of wonder, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the tranquil and captivating underwater world.

Mindful Consumption vs. Purposeful Production

Over consumption leads to lack of production. - How I see it, you are one of two types of people, a consumer or a producer. Now you can have a little of the other side, but by in large most high level producers I know do minimal unnecessary consumption while the consumers I know struggle with producing consistently. - I believe everyone is put on earth to be a producer of something, whether that’s a film, book, positivity, good relationships or whatever. The problem is that we get distracted. There’s so many opportunities to mindlessly consume that it becomes a constant battle not to give away your time. - Not all consumption is bad though. In fact there’s some really good things you can expose yourself to. Podcasts and books are some of my favorite but you also have to be careful of paralysis by analysis. Get what you need to move on and then move on. - Don’t get stuck in the mindless consumption game. You were born to produce. In fact you should probably get off IG right now haha. - Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙 - • • • • • •
