Live Your Values, Not Your Habits

Does your life reflect your values or your habits? - There’s a big difference. Talk is cheap. When you live out your values you are truly living out your best life possible, but too often I find myself living according to my habits. - The problem with living by your habits is that you become both defined and limited by them, and most of the time they are not the most desirable habits. Not that they’re necessarily bad but they’ll be things like laziness or procrastination that doesn’t put you into a good situation. Instead of striving for the best you settle for what’s comfortable aka your habit. - So don’t let yourself be defined by your habits. It only takes about 30 days of consistent change to create new habits. When you create new habits that are in line with your values, it makes living a fulfilled and authentic life so much more fun and enjoyable. - Be blessed and stays stoked😎🤙
