A picturesque lighthouse stands atop a grassy cliff overlooking the vast ocean horizon. The lighthouse is illuminated from the inside, casting a warm, inviting glow against the vibrant sunset sky. The sky is painted with hues of deep pinks, oranges, and purples, creating a breathtaking and serene atmosphere. The lighthouse itself is a classic white structure with a red roof and a cylindrical tower, reminiscent of many iconic coastal lighthouses. In the foreground, the rocky cliff is covered in lush green vegetation, adding depth and texture to the scene. The image captures the essence of tranquility and beauty found in nature, particularly at the intersection of land and sea.

Go Back to Move Forward

Maybe you’re stuck at the same level because you refuse to go back and do the things you used to. - Have you ever thought about the process you’ve been through to get where you are? It’s funny because a lot of people will wonder why they are not progressing yet they boycott the very thing that got them there. - Sometimes it takes a rude wake up call to realize it but it’s necessary for progress. - Don’t allow your ego to become too big for your own good. I’ve noticed that if you can torment what torments leaders you will have a very good chance of leveling up in whatever organization it is. Be a problem solver and don’t go in asking for a raise. It will come in time if you’re diligent. - Simply offer to help and watch what happens. Sometimes you have to go back to go forward. - Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙
