Finding Motivation to Seize the Day

One of the most tragic attitudes that we as humans have is the unwillingness to get out of bed. It’s tough even for me and I wake up before 6 quite often. But what this shows is not only tiredness but a lack of motivation. If you are stoked about a project, idea, or thing you are gonna be doing that day, you have no problem waking up. So many people walk through life with no goals or vision so it’s hard to be excited to get out of bed when the rest of the world sleeps, but it’s worth it. Not only are you more productive and have more time in a day, but you will also have more energy throughout the day (especially if you exercise early AM). So the moral of the story is there’s no sense trudging through life like a robotic zombie. Find something that excites you do that and attack each day full on. Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙 • • • • • •
