The image depicts a surreal and dreamlike scene of towering palm trees casting long, dark shadows across a bright turquoise and white sandy beach. The shadows of the palm trees appear distorted and elongated, resembling towering, alien-like figures looming over the beach. The contrast between the vibrant blue hues of the water and the stark white sand creates a striking visual effect. The image evokes a sense of tranquility and serenity, yet with a touch of surrealism and otherworldliness.

Finding Contentment Beyond Happiness

Staying positive doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time. - People ask me every once in a while how I stay positive. It’s honestly a mindset. How I see it, there’s always 2 ways to look at things. I can either be a victim, or I can treat the experience as a way to grow and get better. - Now does that mean I’m always happy? Definitely not. I have down days just like anyone, but I think it’s less about being “happy” and more about being content. - When you approach life from the perspective that you can only control what you can control, the things you can’t start to bother you less. You start to see that yeah something may be terrible or annoying or whatever the case may be, but if there’s nothing you can do to change it, then there’s no use spending energy worrying about it. And if you can do something, then stop complaining, stop pontificating, and do it, cause no one really cares about your grand theories unless you make something happen. - So don’t get down on yourself if your not always happy go lucky. That’s not always the point. But there’s no excuse for not being positive. - Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙 • • • • • •
