Embrace Discipline for Long-Term Success

Discipline=Freedom. It’s hard concept to follow. How could doing things we don’t want to do make us free? The answer is not found in short term gratification but in long term success. Most people would rather watch TV than read, but if you read, you may get a single idea that makes you a millionaire. Most people don’t want to wake up early, but if you wake up at 5 you have a 2 hr head start on the rest of the world. Most people don’t want to stick to a diet and workout, but it feels pretty good when you can go to a beach without a shirt on and not be self conscious of your chicken legs (still working on this one). Trade short term gratification for long term benefit. It’s not hard, just do it when your brain tells you not to. Take control of your mindset and take control of your life. Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙 • • • • • •
