A serene tropical beach scene with swaying palm trees lining the shoreline against a backdrop of a vibrant blue sky with wispy white clouds. The sand appears golden and pristine, leading to the turquoise waters of the ocean. A small, uninhabited island sits in the distance, its reddish-brown hue contrasting with the surrounding shades of blue and green. A solitary figure, with their arm raised and capturing the moment on a mobile device, stands under the shade of the palm trees, silhouetted against the picturesque scenery.

Creativity Needs Space

Creativity requires space. - For anyone that is in a creative industry can you relate? Sometimes there’s so much pressure to constantly build and create that you get lost in that and you lose the creativity that inspired you to start in the first place. - People call it different things but I’ve often heard it called burnout and I’ve been subject to it on more than one occasion. - The difference between the creative industry and every other industry is that you have to be constantly creating something new and different to stay relevant, but creativity isn’t always readily available. There’s times where you just don’t have any ideas and it sucks cause you have a project due but nothing unique to do for it. It’s not like you can just wave a magic wand and poof a great idea. Sometimes the best thing you can do is not brainstorm and just be. - Some of my best ideas I get when I’m not trying. I’ll be laying around, on an adventure, in the shower, or just chillin. For me at least, creativity requires space to breathe and can’t be forced. So take a break if you have to and don’t think about the task. Sometimes taking a step back is the best thing you can do. - Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙
