Character Over Personality

One of the absolute worst things that can happen in your life is for you to be launched into your calling without the character to back it up. - See, many people have a great personality which allows them to launch prematurely. There’s a key difference though between personality and character and that’s authenticity. - Personality is easy. Some people are born with it, some people develop it, but it can be faked. In fact there’s something called multiple personality disorder. Not to say that they are intentionally changing personalities, but it goes to show that personality can be changed. - Character on the other hand is developed through hard times, through experience, and through fire. Character is something you do even if no one was watching. Character is what will turn your calling into a purpose. - When you are launched into your calling without character, you will be exposed. Personality is a shallow shield for who you really are. - So who are you? Until we admit who we are, we can’t develop into who we are supposed to be. Do yourself a favor and make character development intentional. - Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙
