7 Daily Must-Dos for Growing Your Business

7️⃣ Daily Must Dos↓ Struggling to know what you should be doing on a daily basis to land consistent brand projects? 📌First comment “PLAYBOOK” and I’ll send you my free 0-100K guide Here’s 7 things I did every day to grow my business from 0-$100k+ per year. 1️⃣ Reached out to 15-20 new brands a day minimum. Some days more. Volume negates luck. If you want to get deals you have to get on decision makers radars. 2️⃣ Studied world class content. I looked at brands that went viral, studied their ads on fb ads manager, analyzed the frameworks and developed my own. 3️⃣ Analyzed inputs. I looked at what types of responses I was getting and asked myself why that was happening and what I could do better to get the response I wanted. 4️⃣ Talked to the market. Tbh I didn’t know much about hotels before starting my business. I just knew they sell rooms and make money. Turns out there’s a lot more to it so I talked to the experts (aka the marketing managers to learn the business). I wanted to sell them, but I actually got a much better deal out of these calls than a client. I got free industry insight. 5️⃣ Did more homework. I always want to know just as much (or more) about my clients business than they do. I dove deep into hotel terminology, their customer journey, upsells, how they make money, and where the bottlenecks are. 6️⃣ Watched game tape. I’d record my discovery calls and watch them back. I’d take notes on what I could have done better and what worked well. 7️⃣ Kept creating. I’d create content based on the frameworks I found in stage 2. Spec ads, product shoots, and anything I could make to show I have experience. 👉I go way more in depth in my free 0-100K playbook so if you want the link just comment “PLAYBOOK” Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙
