Stargazer in Nature

When you speed up the pace on a video the object starts to disappear and blur. Time goes by like this. The longer and faster it goes, things fade into oblivion. Time is our greatest currency. What we do with it matters and without it as a measure, we don’t exist. I have been intentionally living my life in an effort to slow it down and bring life into focus since 2019. I loved this photo for its flaw in capturing the scene. Head in the clouds. I favorited it for myself and planned to never share it. It’s flawed. A mistake I loved, that others wouldn’t. Then I went to an art exhibit and the artist was printing images for sale, intentionally captured like this to depict a ghost. And suddenly it made my love of this photo acceptable. Don’t be like this. Don’t only love what’s acceptable because others deem it so. If you love it, it’s worthy of it. Share that shit. Art is not perfection. It’s a compilation of interesting mistakes and decisions. Just. Like. Life.
