Cherry Wood BNB: Sanctuary for Horses and Souls

Staying at Cherry Wood BNB not only puts the treat back in retreat destination, it serves to provide funding to care for retired and disabled horses at the owners’ horse sanctuary where she rescues and cares for horses as they live out their days peacefully, fulfilling her dream, passion, and love for horses. By taking a horseback wine tasting tour and lodging in the teepees, it covers the expense to feed and care for 1 horse for the entire off season. The breakfasts provided were all from locally farmed ingredients within walking/riding distance, and were some of the more flavor filled breakfast experiences of my life. Soaking in the starlight tubs was a highlight as you can see shooting stars while soaking and hear the breeze wafting through the branch woven walls. Adventures with @tarastravels and Annette are always a blast, but this setting nestled among vineyards and orchards in Washington’s wine country made our get together so memorable we want to make it an annual tradition. @ Cherry Wood Bed Breakfast and Barn
