Keep Celebrating Chocolate Chip Cookie Day with these Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies!⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 1 1/3 cups All-Purpose Flour⁠ 1 teaspoon Cornstarch⁠ 1/4 and 1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda⁠ 1/4 teaspoon Salt⁠ 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted⁠ 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar⁠ 1/4 cup Sugar⁠ 1 Egg⁠ 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla⁠ 1 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips⁠ ⁠ Instructions:⁠ ⁠ Preheat oven to 350°.⁠ ⁠ In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.⁠ ⁠ Place melted butter in kitchen stand mixer and add brown sugar and sugar and blend until well combined.⁠ ⁠ Mix in egg and vanilla extract.⁠ ⁠ Add the dry ingredients and slowly mix on low until combined.⁠ ⁠ Stir in the chocolate chips.⁠ ⁠ Scoop a small amount of dough (about a half teaspoon) and shape into a ball.
