Fireworks Marble Painting Activity
We let gravity and physics take over this art activity and the results are fantastic! First, we used red, white, and blue paint for a 4th of July look. Then we added lots of colors for a burst of color. My kids thought their artwork looked like fireworks and didn’t want to stop the show…seriously, we have a ton of marbled painted pictures hanging on our wall. Now it’s your turn.
Supplies:
Plastic container
Paint
Marbles
Paper
Scissors
Directions:
Cut out your piece of paper so it fits into your plastic container and place the paper inside.
Add drops of paint onto the paper.
Place marbles on the paper and let kids swirl it around to make their art. Your little artist will love this exciting new way to paint. Do you think Jackson Pollock ever used the marble technique, lol.
