A large crowd of people has gathered outdoors to protest and demand justice. Many are holding up handmade signs with messages such as 'BLACK LIVES MATTER', 'SILENCE IS VIOLENCE', and 'CAN'T BREATHE'. The protesters appear to be of diverse ages, genders, and ethnicities, united in their call for racial equality and an end to police brutality against Black individuals. The protest is taking place in an urban setting, with a modern glass building bearing the name 'GUILD OF AMERICA' visible in the background, surrounded by lush green trees.

Silence is not an option anymore. It never should have been. Justice for George Floyd, justice for all those who have been killed because of the devaluation of black bodies, justice for all those facing hurdles white people never have to consider. •• For those of us who have privilege, our voices and numbers are needed to amplify this message, while taking care not to center ourselves. To demand justice. To fight the inequity and intolerance this society was built on. •• Listen to POC around you. Learn. Support. Donate your money to anti-racism causes. Call your representatives. Hold white friends accountable. •• Because it’s not enough to NOT be racist. We are either examining our own position and the system we live in deeply, seeking to change it, or we are silently allowing injustice to continue. Sitting on the fence is not an option. •• We are anti-racist, or we enable racism. Follow educators like @rachel.cargle , @nettaaaaaaaa , @charlenecarruthers . Donate to and join causes like @surjnyc @blmlosangeles @naacp @eji_org . This can’t go on anymore. And ALL of us are needed in that fight. . . . .
