Of all the amazing things we experienced with @mezcalamaras , visiting a small farming community and getting treated to homemade quesadillas was one of the best. Also, I’ve never seen quesadillas made in such a traditional way and I loved it. If you’re curious, these were made with squash and tasted incredible. Thanks to @matadornetwork once again. . . . . . .
