It's so important to take a step back and look at things from a different perspective, especially with social media. Look at what you've accomplished, what you value and why you're doing what you're doing. You’ll most likely find that you’re doing better than you thought, or at the very least find a new perspective on something you are, or want to be working on. One of the main things that keeps me coming back to this app, that I truly value when I step back and appreciate it, are all of the amazing connections and friends I've made over the past 4+ years. It's pretty wild to think that most of my best friends I have now I've met via social media, through photography and the outdoors. I've learned from them, adventured with them, and been supported in so many ways by them and that to me, is invaluable. I hope you take a moment to step back and look at your life, at what's going well, what could be better and what you're truly grateful for... we get far too caught up in the day to day grind and what everyone else is doing on social media and that little shift in perspective goes a long way.
