Dusk at Delicate Arch. With so many of my friends traveling around the Southwest right now it made me think back to my trip out there during this past January. It was a very COLD and windy week on the road but getting to see the red rock dusted with snow and the mountains as a back drop... it made all of it worth it. And as a bonus, there was a local guide hanging out at the top of the trail and making hot tea for everyone. We ended up hiking back down the trail together after dark and chatting about living in a rural town of Utah, getting to see the wildness of monsoon season and his desire to make his trailside tea into an Airbnb experience. He was truly a down to earth, rad human 🍵🤙🏻
