Was it worth the 14 miles?🌄🌻🌾
After looking at the Alltrails reports, we’d anticipated hiking 8 miles round trip to the view, and planned for plenty of time to hike up before sunset… turns out we needed to hike about 7.3 miles to actually get to the view, a solid 3 miles of which was just climbing over fallen trees hahah. Thankful for @steelemysunshine for helping keep the energy positive and pushing through the hike with me. Not bad for the first time hanging out with someone off Instagram. If your friend invited you to do this, would it make or break the friendship?😋
