A reminder for today 🫶🏻
As much as some people may try and convince you otherwise, choosing to prioritize yourself is one of the least selfish things you can do. Cultivate peace, love, and happiness with yourself by protecting your peace with firm boundaries, loving who you are in the current moment and embracing all your emotions /experiences equally and allowing yourself to feel content with your life as it is even while you’re working to grow and change. In doing so, you strengthen the version of yourself that can show up with kindness and love, and support others around both indirectly through showing them an example of how they can also fulfill their needs and by supporting them when they need it, and when your cup is overflowing with energy.
