What are you thankful for today? 🫶🏻
Something I’ve become more and more thankful of lately is how I can listen to what my body, mind and spirit need and how I’m getting better at taking time do what I need to honor those needs and stay centered in myself. It’s allowed me to show up in healthier ways for not only myself, but for those around me and being able to share little bits of that journey with those who choose to listen, has been one of the most inspiring things I’ve experienced in my life.
It’s been a bit overwhelming at times recently, receiving all the support that I have for my work, as the pressure to be perfect with whatever I create next is REAL, but each time I see a comment where something I’ve shared has made a positive impact, shifted someone‘s perspective or helped deepen their connection with themselves, I feel a surge of inspiration again and urge myself to push forward. I still take conscious time to rest (this has admittedly slipped a little lately), and I encourage you to do so as well, but I’ve never been more thankful for my creative inspiration than I have lately. Thank you to every one of you who fuels me to keep creating.🤍
