I’ve found the key to finding peace and contentment in life is realizing that in each given moment, we already have within ourselves exactly what we need to be enough. While we may choose to pursue a greater or “better” state than we are in now, our current experience and who we are now, makes us enough. In our heaviest days we are enough, in our lightest days we are enough, in both our failures and our successes, we are enough. The moment we can look inward and genuinely appreciate who we are, what we are feeling and the things we have in the current moment, is the moment that we find true richness—the fullness of life.
