A rustic wooden cabin nestled in a lush evergreen forest. The cabin has a charming red exterior with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. A wooden porch with steps leads up to the front door. The forest surrounding the cabin is dense with towering fir trees covered in moss and lichen. The ground is blanketed with fallen leaves, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The image exudes a sense of tranquility and harmony with nature, evoking the idea of a simple, self-sufficient lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of urban living.

I’ve been thinking about sustainable living a lot recently, from replacing single use items with reusable version, to reducing my consumption of packaged foods and eliminating plastic waste. It’s very tempting to think about living somewhat more rurally in the next 3-5 years and starting to grow my own food. What about you, what are you doing now or want to be doing to live more sustainably? Have you thought about growing your own food?🏡👨🏼‍🌾
