Which season are you in? đŸ€ As someone who has gone through growth and change in all four seasons the past three years of my life, here are a few things that helped me the most in each season: Number 1: If you’re going through healing from hurt, start with a practice of forgiveness. It’s easy to blame yourself for the hurt, ask yourself “why did I stay, or make that choice,” but you aren’t defined by those past decisions, or the experiences you’ve had and you’re worthy of forgiveness so you can let go and heal. Number 2: Put yourself in the position to feel inspired to change. Spend time around people who embody the characteristics you want to strengthen within yourself, and places that fuel the energy you want to bring into your life. Number 3: Actively pursue learning that challenges you to grow, in whatever area you may need it most. Read books, listen to podcasts, go to therapy and talk to friends while making sure to balance out the practice of learning, by implementing what you learned in small consistent steps. Number 4: The more you show up genuinely as the person you want to be, the more energy, people, and experiences you will bring into your life. Set clear boundaries so that you people and energy don’t pull you from your path to growth. And lastly, remember your human and healing is not a learning process. There will be off days, there will be things you felt you healed that will come up again and all of that is OKAY. You’ve got this.đŸ€—
