Shedding away the perceptions of others, embracing your passions, emotions and all that brings light into your life. 1. Let go. Learn from the past and then let any negativity flow through you. 2. Ignore those who say you aren’t good enough or can’t do something. 3. Give life the time it needs to show you the right path to take. Be true to yourself and all will become clear. 4. Don’t compare yourself to others, just to who you were yesterday. 5. Stay calm and present, and don’t let what has yet to come overwhelm you. 6. You are in control of whether you are hap or not. Choose to embrace the full spectrum of emotions, and you’ll find happiness takes on a new meaning. 7. Smile! Life is beautiful, you’re a beautiful human being, and there’s so so much to be grateful for!! The first half of this year has brought a pretty tough season of growth into my life, but the work that I have done the past four years has helped so much with navigating it and learning along the way. The ways that I can show up for myself, and as myself each day are so beautiful and I’m immensely grateful for the ability to embrace all of life. Whether you’re having a good day, or a bad one, if you’re feeling lost, this framework can be a reminder to come back into yourself.
