Youāre not alone by any means, so donāt be afraid to reach out for support in whatever way you feel comfortable doing so. When we are feeling down itās the scariest time to ask for help because our minds convince us that weāll be judged or that itās our fault, but during this time, and in general that couldnāt be further from the truth.
