Jessie on a Journey
A woman stands in a grassy field with her arms raised above her head in a yoga pose, likely a tree pose or vrksasana. Her back is facing the camera, revealing her slim figure dressed in a red tank top and gray capri pants. The surrounding landscape is lush and green, with rolling hills and dense foliage in the distance. In the background, there are industrial silos or storage tanks, contrasting with the natural beauty of the scenery. The woman appears to be finding peace and balance through her yoga practice, harmonizing with the tranquil environment despite the presence of industrial structures.

Yoga Amid Nature's Beauty

"Accepting means you allow yourself to feel whatever it is you are feeling at that moment. It is part of the isness of the Now. You can't argue with what is. Well, you can, but if you do, you suffer." - Eckhart Tolle ___ Wow, how important is this when traveling?! Because hey, it's okay to sometimes feel sick, or be overwhelmed with culture shock, or miss home. It doesn't make you a bad traveler. It makes you human. ___ In fact, while I'm a "bad texter" at home, when traveling I'm constantly WhatsApp-ing my boyfriend, family and friends because I miss them so much. And I'm okay with that. Because I've accepted that travel is my life, and that while I love being on the road sometimes I need screentime, a massage or a day in bed doing nothing to feel like myself again. ___ What have you learned to accept about yourself while traveling?
