A majestic adult African elephant stands tall and proud in an open savanna landscape. Its massive body is covered in wrinkly, grayish-brown skin. The elephant's long trunk hangs down in front, and its impressive curved ivory tusks protrude from its mouth. Behind the elephant is a lush green bush and a thin, leafless tree with branches stretching up against a bright blue sky. A smaller, younger elephant calf walks closely beside the larger adult, its trunk reaching up towards the adult's body. The scene captures the bond between parent and offspring in the natural habitat of these magnificent creatures.

Happy #WorldElephantDay loves! While I always promote responsible tourism, on this day more than ever I ask each of you to take a moment to learn something new about elephants. They're one of the most mistreated animals in tourism, and it's important we all use our voices to campaign against this.
