Staying Curious in 2020
✨STAY CURIOUS✨
👇
When I get in those moods where I ponder the meaning of life, I always come back to this idea of staying curious.
🌈
Outside of time spent with loved ones and giving back, I feel the most fulfilled when I'm letting my curiosity lead me -- and following without judgment or worry of whether a project will be "worth" my time (simple enjoyment is valuable) or if I'll be good at something (I suck at painting but still find enjoyment in it).
🎨
My birthday was in April, during lockdown, and my husband got me a photographer's magic ball as a gift. I haven't gotten to play with it much but remembered it recently, and took it out to play on a local road trip to Kingston, NY.

Instead of judging the photos that I got out of the session, I just had fun with it. I really liked this photo because of the sunbursts as well as because it looks like I'm in two different worlds at once, which is kind of how I've felt all of 2020. 😂
