Rooftop Yoga in Puerto Rico Paradise

This slice of Puerto Rico paradise was my view this morning during a #sponsored rooftop yoga session at @laconcharesort. Sigh. Asanas against a tranquil island soundtrack definitely helped me get centered for the day. In fact, I even accomplished something I've yet to succeed at, until today: CROW POSE! When I actually held it I barely believed it myself, but I did it! I guess sometimes it just takes a little inspiration beyond your normal routine to remind you that anything is possible. . .
