Organic Raw Chocolate Dessert at Fine & Raw Chocolate Factory

Fine & Raw Chocolate Factory (@fineandraw) is one of my absolutely favorite places in Bushwick, Brooklyn. While I typically gravitate toward the bon bons and coconut-laced dulce de leche, lately I'm obsessed with their mocha. Isn't it pretty?! Along with having the ability to watch raw and half-raw chocolate being made, they offer free samples of their chocolates and spreads, which is always a plus. Their creations are void of refined sugar, dairy and additives. Instead, they focus on using organic and natural ingredients to create innovative raw and half raw/half roasted bars, crafted on low heat (raw chocolate must be cooked below 140 degrees Fahrenheit) to preserve the cacaoā€™s raw characteristics. Yum! What's your favorite dessert experience? Would love to hear in the comments below!
