Organic Raw Chocolate Dessert at Fine & Raw Chocolate Factory

Fine & Raw Chocolate Factory (@fineandraw) is one of my absolutely favorite places in Bushwick, Brooklyn. While I typically gravitate toward the bon bons and coconut-laced dulce de leche, lately I'm obsessed with their mocha. Isn't it pretty?! Along with having the ability to watch raw and half-raw chocolate being made, they offer free samples of their chocolates and spreads, which is always a plus. Their creations are void of refined sugar, dairy and additives. Instead, they focus on using organic and natural ingredients to create innovative raw and half raw/half roasted bars, crafted on low heat (raw chocolate must be cooked below 140 degrees Fahrenheit) to preserve the cacao’s raw characteristics. Yum! What's your favorite dessert experience? Would love to hear in the comments below!
